Unfortunately, men over the age of 50-60 start a process in the prostate that, if detected early, can be nicely maintained without medication.

However, if neglected, it can unfortunately even lead to cancerous degeneration, and whoever is operated on will have a good chance of encountering problems with their masculinity.
